Biography

Agostinho Lima is a junior researcher with a background in anthropology, currently coordinating sociobehavioral studies related to TB clinical trials at the Manhiça Health Research Center in Mozambique. Based in Maputo, he is also actively involved in community engagement efforts to support the effective implementation of these trials. Lima, who has several years of experience in understanding the relationship between local populations, disease, and medicine, is dedicated to improving TB detection and treatment in vulnerable communities.
