Biography

Zhi Zhen Qin, a Digital Health Specialist bringing extensive experience in infectious disease control and surveillance in LMIC settings. She has managed multi-country public health projects, collaborating with government agencies, multilaterals, WHO, and medtech innovators to design and implement digital health solutions, including AI applications, health information systems, data analytics, and telemedicine. Qin is passionate about leveraging health information systems for disease surveillance and control efforts. She is dedicated to using digital technologies to drive innovation in healthcare, improve patient outcomes, and solve healthcare challenges, with a focus on global health and TB.
