Biography
She is a graduate student at Hangzhou Medical College, specializing in pediatric tuberculosis (TB) research. Her current work employs a multi-center retrospective approach to analyze treatment delays and drug-induced adverse effects in pediatric TB patients, focusing on identifying modifiable risk factors and optimizing clinical pathways. By integrating epidemiological data and pharmacovigilance assessments, she aims to improve treatment adherence and reduce complications like hepatotoxicity in children receiving anti-TB therapy.
Key Impacts
Incidence and risk factors of anti-TB drug induced liver injury: A multicentre retrospective study involving 482 Chinese paediatric TB patients
In our study, there were differences in the incidence of ATDILI based on different definitions, but in general, mild ATDILI was dominant. Comprehensive consideration of laboratory indicators and clinical practice, early identification and detection of ATDILI in children during anti-TB treatment, and timely intervention measures can effectively prevent and control the harm caused by ATDILI.
