At present, I work in the Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Institute of Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, mainly engaged in the monitoring and evaluation of tuberculosis infection. Differences in conversion and reversion rates of interferon gamma release assay in the elderly under different tuberculosis epidemic settings: A prospective quantitative study
The burden of latent tuberculosis infection and the risk of IGRA conversion among the elderly in high-endemic settings were higher than those in low-endemic settings. Hence, it is of great significance and urgency to enhance the active and early detection, standardized treatment of tuberculosis in the high-endemic setting.
