Systematic screening (including radiology and GeneXpert testing) of women attending antenatal clinics, delivery wards, or postpartum clinics effectively improves TB case detection. Integration of routine TB screening with peri-partum care supports timely linkage to TB care and treatment, thereby reducing risk of poor outcomes for mothers and their families.
