Biography
Uche is a pharmacist and a health development expert with two decades of technical assistance support to Ministries of Health and related agencies in primary health care (PHC) financing, health systems strengthening, human resources for health (HRH), and monitoring and evaluation.
She has had the opportunity to lead and co-lead many donor-funded public health interventions in Nigeria. She has designed and led the implementation of many community-level interventions on maternal and child health, and on TB, HIV and AIDS through indigenous community-based organizations. A current TALENT Initiative Fellow courtesy of the West African Network for TB, AIDS and Malaria (WANETAM)
