Biography
Uche Ekwugha currently serves as the State Technical Assistant (FCT) with the Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) on the Global Fund GC7 Integrated TB/HIV Project. In this role, he provides technical support for program implementation, monitoring, and supervision across health facilities, focusing on improving TB/HIV service delivery. Uche brings over five years of experience in field research, data management, and stakeholder engagement. He is skilled in using data for decision-making, strengthening health systems, and building the capacity of implementing partners. Uche leverages his expertise in social and behavior change, research methodologies, and data tools to drive program success.
