Tumwine Julius, a Ugandan IT technologist with a Computer Science degree from Gulu University, has significantly impacted healthcare technology since 2016 at the National TB Reference Laboratory. His innovations include MutHub, a bioinformatics tool enhancing genomic analysis and patient care; LabXpertDS, a connectivity solution automating data capture in over 300 Ugandan labs for TB, HIV, HPV, and STI programs; and a PT Management System improving standards in 240+ African labs. Skilled in PHP, Python, and JavaScript, Julius combines technical expertise with strong organizational abilities, continuously driving healthcare advancements through optimized workflows and innovative technology solutions.
