Biography

Timothy Wafula is a human rights lawyer working with the Kenya Legal & Ethical Issues Network on HIV and AIDS (KELIN). In his work at KELIN he has coordinated the development of the legal environment and human rights scorecard, supported the TB community, rights and gender assessment and advanced the adapatation, implemenation and scale up of TB OneImpact community led montoring for TB in Kenya.
