Biography

Dr Tambri Housen is an infectious disease epidemiologist and registered nurse with over 30 years of global health experience. She is Founding Director of Solidarity in Health public health consultancy company and is an Associate Professor at the Australian National University and University of Newcastle. Tambri has led operational research and workforce strengthening initiatives in complex settings, including with WHO, MSF, and GOARN. She specializes in health security, strategic planning, mixed-methods research, and capacity building through collaborative, cross-sectoral partnerships.
