Biography

Dr. Suvanand Sahu is the Deputy Executive Director of the Stop TB Partnership, where he leads strategic efforts to accelerate progress toward ending tuberculosis globally. With more than 25 years of experience in public health and development, he has worked extensively across TB policy, program implementation, and global advocacy. Dr. Sahu plays a key role in shaping global TB strategies, coordinating multisectoral collaborations, and mobilizing resources for innovation and equity in TB care. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing the Global Plan to End TB, promoting community engagement, and supporting high-burden countries in transforming their TB responses.
