Stephanie Gande is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, and Data Management specialist with over 12 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods. She has led MEL and data functions on numerous donor-funded projects across areas such as TB/HIV, Gender, Epidemiology, Public Health Emergencies, and Logistics Management. Stephanie holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Roehampton, London. Her expertise aligns with donor expectations and supports program implementation, public health systems strengthening, and quality improvement. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Stephanie is also a proud mother of three wonderful children—a son and two daughters.
