Biography

Stella Zawedde-Muyanja is a medical doctor and research scientist at the Infectious Diseases Institute, Makerere University, Uganda. Her research focuses on implementation to enhance TB care delivery and access. From January 2020 to December 2024, she served as the Senior Operations Research Advisor to the USAID supported health systems strengthening project in the Karamoja subregion. Dr. Zawedde-Muyanja has also collaborated with the Uganda NTLP on various initiatives to improve TB care services in Uganda.
