Biography

Sophie Toumanian is a Public Health physician with almost 41 years experience in clinical medicine and public health. She works since 2001 in tuberculosis control in the Netherlands and performs consultancies. She trained and started her career as a medical doctor in Georgia and moved to The Netherlands where she continued her work in Public Health. She has extensive experience in supporting tuberculosis programmes.
