Biography
Sobia Faisal is a public health professional with national and international experience in advocacy, research, and health system strengthening. She is a medical doctor (MBBS; Pakistan), with a Masters’ of Public Health (MPH; University of Texas) and Certification in Health Communication (GTC; Johns Hopkins). She has over a decade experience in drug sensitive and drug resistant TB control in Pakistan. She provided technical support to public private mix interventions across the country. She also led the national MDR TB program and programmatically launched B PaL/M regimen at all MDR TB sites in Pakistan.
