I am working in the combating with tuberculosis since 2017 and everyday I am learning more and more. I have experience working on different tier of health system from field to policy making. Currently I am working on National Tuberculosis Control Program Bangladesh under Directorate General of Health Services as Training Coordinator.
The analysis concludes that the effectiveness of training is not solely dependent on the mode of delivery but on how well the content, interactivity, and learner support are integrated. A blended training approach, combining the strengths of both online and offline methods, is recommended to maximize learning outcomes. This study provides valuable insights for educators, trainers, and organizations seeking to optimize their training strategies.
