Biography

Shaun is a communications and advocacy specialist at IAVI. They lead the TB Vaccine Advocacy Roadmap, with focus on policy-advocacy for innovative financing TB vaccine R&D. Shaun is the Developed Country NGOs core group member of the Stop TB Partnership Working Group on New Vaccines and leads communications, advocacy, and community engagement efforts for the Global Forum on TB Vaccines. Shaun holds a BA in biological sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in global health research from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. They are a PhD candidate at Vrije Universiteit, researching novel access models for the development and commercialization of health innovations for underserved markets.
