Biography

Sanjeeta Agnihotri is a senior SBCC expert with over a decade of experience leading tobacco control efforts in India. She has worked on multiple WHO-supported studies, including pre-testing pictorial health warnings, assessing the implementation of tobacco control laws, and evaluating marketing strategies of smokeless tobacco. She has also organized high-level policy workshops with health ministries to advocate for stronger regulation. At the Center for Communication and Change–India, she integrates behavioral science, human-centered design, and strategic communication to drive impactful public health programming. Her work has influenced national tobacco control policies and contributed to measurable behavior change across diverse populations.
