Biography

Professional nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing and a PhD candidate in Epidemiology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He is an academic professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez and a member of the Mexican Research Network on Tuberculosis and Other Mycobacteria. His work focuses on infectious diseases, particularly tuberculosis, combining clinical knowledge, research, and public health to address health inequities and inform evidence-based decision-making in Latin America.
