Key Impacts
Reimagining integrated screening: Preliminary findings from an AI-driven TB and lung health initiative in Pakistan
This model demonstrates the feasibility and operational innovation of integrating TB and lung health services in high-risk populations. By leveraging AI for triage, using symptom-guided peak flow testing, and selectively applying digital spirometry, ReachTB+ ensures high-yield diagnosis with efficient resource use. As the project scales, integration with national strategies and newer Next-Gen Tools, can support broader implementation of ISD models and position Pakistan as a leader in digitally enabled, community-centric TB and NCD prevention.
