Dr. Rupali Sisir Banu is a seasoned public health professional with over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale health programs. She holds an MBBS and MPH, with expertise in infectious disease control, strategic leadership, and program management. She has worked with WHO, NGOs, and INGOs in Bangladesh and internationally, contributing to TB, HIV, and immunization programs. Dr. Banu has provided technical assistance to national ministries, developed health strategies, and led donor-funded initiatives. Her strengths include policy development, grant writing, M&E, and stakeholder coordination.
