Key Impacts

Improving TB detection in vulnerable urban populations through integrated health services: Evidence from two districts in Greater Accra, Ghana

The integrated, community-based TB screening approach proved effective in enhancing case detection among urban marginalised populations. By combining health services and leveraging peer-led mobilisation, the intervention reduced diagnostic delays, improved access to care and early TB treatment initiation.
