Biography

Rhoda Pola holds a Masters of science in Epidemiology serving as a Research Coordinator for the LIGHT Project at the Respiratory Society of Kenya (ReSoK). She has 12 years of experience in TB programming at sub-national and national levels. At ReSoK, she leads innovative research focused on improving TB care for young people in Kenya, particularly men. Rhoda actively engages in policy discussions and advocates for the uptake of effective TB interventions at national and international levels. Her mission is to bridge the gap between research, policy, and practice to ensure equitable, accessible, and high-quality TB care for young people
