TB stigma was perceived to be driven by and intersected with sociocultural factors among people with TB in Nepal, disrupting access to TB diagnosis and care. The results show that people-centered support interventions such as psychosocial counseling, peer support for people with TB and family, and gender-sensitive TB care are required to overcome TB stigma and improve timely TB diagnosis and care.
