Biography
Dr. Radha Taralekar brings over 14 years of public health experience, holding MD, MBBS, and MBA degrees, with significant contributions to a wide range of health initiatives. She is presently working as the National Consultant with the Government of India - World Health Organization (WHO) TB Technical Support Network and handles the portfolio of TB Prevention.

India’s experience demonstrates that with adequate resources, digital tools, advocacy and community engagement, TPT for DR-TB contacts can be effectively scaled. Continued efforts will be key to achieving higher TPT coverage and completion to enable accelerated incidence reduction on DR-TB among contacts.
