Community-led monitoring for TB services in Geita, Tanzania: Lessons from the OneImpact TB Kiganjani approach
The OneImpact TB Kiganjani model strengthened community-led accountability in TB services. By combining digital reporting with local engagement including women and KVPs it enabled timely identification and resolution of service gaps. District and gender differences signal the need for tailored interventions. This approach offers a replicable model for responsive, community-driven TB care.

From evidence to policy: Prioritising TB key and vulnerable populations (KVPs) in Tanzania for strategic investment
This participatory and evidence-based process resulted in a national KVP prioritization framework that enhances programmatic equity and accountability. It informed policy direction for TB KVP mapping and future interventions. The approach demonstrated that targeting TB in Tanzania must be intersectional responding to social, legal, and environmental determinants and must be grounded in community voice, inter-sectoral action, and data.
