Biography

Proscovia is a Public Health Specialist who works as a Senior Program Officer at the Ministry of Health Uganda. In her current position, she is the National Coordinator for Advanced HIV disease programming at the AIDS control Program and the Coordinator for the National TBHIV response at the National TB and Leprosy Program. Proscovia’s work focuses on reducing morbidity and mortality among PLHIV. She has successfully steered the Uganda’s AHD program from the design stage in 2018 to its current state where it has been rolled out country wide
