The AI-assisted tool demonstrated a promising ability to detect TB among asymptomatic individuals at a rate equivalent to symptomatic screening. Reinforcing its potential as a valuable adjunct to routine TB screening, particularly for early detection in asymptomatic cases. Integrating AI tools into community TB screening activity may improve case detection and support TB elimination efforts by expanding reach of effective screening.
