DNO exercise revealed critical gaps in TB care cascade, including underuse of molecular diagnostics, inefficiently used human resources, and weak sample transport. As NAAT adoption expands, institutionalizing data-driven DNO is extremely vital for adaptive, evidence-based planning to ensure equitable TB diagnosis.

The study strongly recommends implementing data-driven interventions to tackle operational and behavioural gaps while enhancing TPT uptake. This includes staff training, home-based follow-ups, timely diagnostic feedback, and regular data reviews. These components collectively address challenges associated with scaling up TPT effectively.
