Biography

Dr. Masta is an experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Port Moresby General Hospital and a Lecturer at the University of Papua New Guinea’s School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She oversees complex and high-volume deliveries while mentoring junior healthcare workers. Dr. Masta also leads the TB Reach Wave 10 Project, aiming to integrate maternal and child TB care into antenatal and immunization services. This initiative addresses critical gaps in TB diagnosis and treatment at one of the country’s busiest maternity facilities, supported by The Stop TB Partnership.
