Biography

I am a social scientist with two years of experience at a Non Governemental Organisation in Madagascar. I am involved since two years in organisation and operational follow up and data analysis for qualitative researches conducted in the research department. The principal research project I am working on is the Community Health Workers' (CHWs) project aiming in strengthening CHW in community based care to prevent tuberculosis and HIV in Madagascar. Preparing currently a project called CAREMA: Catalysing the HIV- Response in Madagascar: A cross sectoral Research Iniciative and Action. I am pationate absout qualitative research and Health System strengthening.

Using design thinking to translate evidence into strategy: A case study on strengthening community health workers in TB prevention and care in Madagascar

This case study illustrates how design thinking can translate research into public health strategies. The developed strategy will be implemented in a pilot zone, with implementation research guiding its impact evaluation and informing organisational and national policies to sustainably strengthen CHWs’ engagement in TB prevention and care.
