Odume Oluchukwu Francisca is a passionate Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with expertise in public health, particularly in TB/HIV programs. With experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting for donor-funded projects, she has contributed to improving data quality and health system strengthening. Currently serving as the State TB/HIV Technical Assistant at RedAid Nigeria, she leads data quality assessments and capacity-building initiatives for health workers. Oluchukwu is committed to driving evidence-based decision-making and advancing health outcomes through effective M&E systems and stakeholder engagement.
