Olayinka is a specialist in monitoring and evaluation with over 5 years of experience. I am dedicated to tracking and reporting, management, developing performance metrics and capacity building. I excel at designing and implementing M&E frameworks, tracking project progress and generating actionable insights to enhance program effectiveness. I coordinate programme implementation in Oyo State Nigeria and oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of the GLOVAX (tracking the side effects of COVID-19) and TB-LON3 USAID project, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan, specific projects, national guidelines & state priorities while managing deadlines and building good team relationships.
