Mrs. Oladayo Peter is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, sample logistics, research, and program implementation. She has worked with Damien Foundation Nigeria and as a freelance research assistant, supporting TB control, gender-based violence prevention, and health systems strengthening. Her roles have involved data analysis, supportive supervision, stakeholder engagement, performance appraisal, and the development of tools and frameworks for data collection and program monitoring. She has contributed to survey implementation, grant proposal writing, and operational research, consistently promoting data-driven decision-making and improved health outcomes across various community and facility-based health interventions.
