Biography

Norma is a monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) specialist within global health, with over 10 years of experience in health system and research data management and analysis, and monitoring and evaluation of global health programs. Norma holds a Master of Science degree in Operational Research and Management Science from Lancaster University (UK) and is an expert in designing and implementing M&E systems for complex multi-country implementation research projects. She is skilled at program evaluation, coordination of research activities, quantitative analysis, evidence synthesis, and management of national datasets.
