Stigmas on UAU negatively impact PWTB/HIV’s psychological well-being, potentially affecting their treatment adherence. Future research should prioritize combining stigma-reduction interventions at individual and community levels while treating PWTB/HIV with UAU, thereby enhancing patient-centered care.
