From data to impact: Reducing TB stigma through digital community-led monitoring in Mozambique

The OneImpact CLM data revealed the magnitude of stigma—particularly self- and family stigma—as a serious barrier to TB control. This insight allowed community actors and health systems to prioritize resources in high-impact areas. Integrating stigma-reduction efforts into household visits made interventions cost-effective, scalable, and sustainable, strengthening the overall TB response and the journey for people with TB.
