Dr. Nancy Satpathy is a PhD scholar and ICMR Research Associate in Public Health at IMS & SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar. With a background in dentistry (BDS) and a Master’s in Public Health, she has over seven years of experience spanning clinical care, research, and public health practice. Her work focuses on tobacco control, non-communicable diseases, and health policy research. She has received national and international recognition, including the 2023 CUGH Dr. Judy Wasserheit Young Leader Award. Dr. Satpathy is committed to evidence-based advocacy and has published widely on regulatory frameworks and harm reduction strategies in tobacco control.
