Biography
Milena Boczar has a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Master of Pharmaceutical Science, with Drug Discovery and Development as the main field of study. She graduated from the master programme in Pharmaceutical Modelling at Uppsala University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Pharmacometrics at the Department of Pharmacy, Uppsala University, in the group Pharmacometrics.

The median wAUCss (107 mg*h/L) was closer to the previously defined adult target of wAUCss (112 mg*h/L) than that reported in CFZPK1 (wAUCss 163 mg*h/L). This suggests that the revised clofazimine dosing schedule is more appropriate for children with RR-TB but requires further evaluation.
