Biography

Born June 16th, 1993, in Nuuk, Greenland, to Inuit parents. I completed my primary and secondary education in Greenland before moving to Denmark for university. Graduated from medical school in 2019 and moved back to Nuuk to work as a physician. My work experience is in the field of respiratory diseases and microbiology. I also spent one year abroad in a family practice in northern Norway. I am currently employed in a research position at the newly opened Steno Diabetes Center Greenland, where my work focuses on diabetes and tuberculosis in the Greenlandic population.
