Key Impacts

Early bactericidal activity of oral Sanfetrinem cilexetil against pulmonary TB

Sanfetrinem cilexetil was tolerated in the Sanf1600 group and both Sanfetrinem cilexetil dosages showed significant EBA over 14 days. Unexpectedly, both 1600 mg BD and 2400 mg BD dosages exhibited similar bactericidal activity and similar serum exposure.
