Since its start in 2007, ASPAT-Perú has been transforming TB advocacy with an integrated, multi-sector approach that roots change in real patient experiences. With 17+ years in public health management, Melecio brings expertise in mobilizing resources, crafting strategic health plans, and driving innovative solutions for TB, diabetes, and HIV. His dedication to amplifying TB patient voices helps drive political commitment, policy reform, and awareness that truly makes a difference.
