TB-related stigma is highly prevalent among people with TB in Nepal, causing negative psychosocial impacts. People with TB face stigmatization from family and community members. Integrating peer support mechanisms, such as TB clubs and family-centered counseling, into national TB program could mitigate stigma and improve timely TB diagnosis and care.
