Biography

Martin is a health economist and infectious disease modeller. After studying at Cambridge University and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, he has worked as a health economist for more than ten years, including writing clinical guidelines for the UK National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). He is currently studying for a PhD at LSHTM, focusing on the use of household contact management and preventive treatments for the prevention of drug-resistant tuberculosis.
