Biography

Manthomeng Veronica Matete is a Lesotho-based Public Health Specialist and Project Manager with over seven years of experience leading large-scale research and social programs in TB, HIV, COVID-19, and food security. She is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health. Manthomeng has coordinated multi-district data collection, supervised field teams, and engaged stakeholders at national and sub-national levels. She is experienced in mixed methods research, with practical expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.

UTT was generally acceptable to participants and when combined with efforts to incorporate contacts’ testing preferences and stigma reduction interventions in communities, may offer a useful approach to improve TB outcomes.
