Mabel Nakawooya is a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist with 9 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing M&E frameworks for health programs and projects. Proven expertise in electronic case-based surveillance implementing , data management, health information management systems (HMIS) with extensive experience in DHIS2, OpenMRS, and ODK.

A combination of desk reviews, validation meetings, data cleaning, remote support, and structured pre-data collection meetings has proven effective in improving TB data quality in DHIS2. These interventions should be sustained and scaled up to ensure continuous data integrity and facilitate evidence-based TB programming.
