Biography

Lucia Rizka Andalusia is the Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices at the Indonesian Ministry of Health. With over three decades of experience, she ensures the availability and quality of medicines and medical devices in Indonesia. Dr. Lucia holds a doctoral degree in Medicine and Health Sciences from Gadjah Mada University and has been recognized with several awards for her exemplary civil service. She has served as Director at the Indonesian FDA and as a Sovereign Investor Board Member of CEPI from 2022–2025. A dedicated clinical pharmacist, she continues to contribute to health science and national healthcare policy.
