Treatment decision algorithms to detect paediatric pulmonary TB in unstable settings: Experience in South Sudan

We recommend adapting the model of care to the context, for success along the care continuum, including training and consensus-building while implementing the TDAs, and linkages to ensure treatment is completed once initiated. While having a focal person is valuable, decentralizing responsibility for algorithm use across clinicians from implementation start may support the sustainable use of the TDAs.
