Working with Plan India as Deputy Director: Monitoring & Evaluation. I am having more than 20 years of experience in conceptualizing, managing, monitoring and evaluating large scale HIV/ AIDS programmes in the domain of Prevention among Key population (IDU, MSM, Transgender Hizra, Migrants/ Truckers, Incarcerated population etc), Care and support for PLHIV, PMTCT, CABA, blood safety and surveillance of HIV.

Putting the pedal to the metal by integrating HIV screening services to other health services through community-led initiatives: Results from GFATM supported project in India
Integrating HIV and Tuberculosis screening with other health service packages has resulted in increased HIV/ TB screening and diagnosis. Provision of general health services with value-added services at OSC has attracted KPs to the centre otherwise remained hidden.
