Biography

Kathrin Held, a general biologist, co-heads the Infection & Immunity laboratory at the Department for Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine, LMU Klinikum, Germany. Her research focuses on host responses to infection and vaccination, immune protection correlates, and biomarkers, particularly for TB and HIV.
